In the Six Pack FanDuel – Mares Open, Panamera Racing-part-owned and bred Bourbonista delivered a fantastic performance when it won on Saturday evening.
The Marcus Melander-trained Bourbonista was able to take the lead right from the start for Dexter Dunn, but subsequently handed over the lead to Bravo Angel/Jason Bartlett.
In the race, Bourbonista came to a good finish and won in 1.07.6/1609 meters auto. There was 61,485 US dollars in first prize for the mare, who is co-owned with Deo Volente Farms.
Bourbonista began her racing career with Dutchman Paul Hagoort, before the horse was put into training with Noel Daley in the USA. After some time, the mare is now trained by Marcus Melander.
